Nursing Nook is a weekly support group for lactating parents and their babies.

This is an interactive group, hosted by a skilled lactation professional with topics ranging from getting a good latch, managing milk production, baby lead weaning, maternal nutrition, to breastfeeding/chestfeeding in a baby carrier. This is a safe place for everyone to share their stories and ask questions about infant feeding. The group is always free and no sign up is needed.

Flagstaff

For babies older than one year: Tuesday, 10:30am-12pm

For babies under one year: Tuesday, 12:30-2pm

Always at Flagstaff Doulas, 2708 N 4th St Ste D4, Flagstaff, Az 86004. The group is led by Amanda, certified breastfeeding specialist and postpartum doula.
